Some of you may recognize Sarah as the face of the former Yoga & Massage Spot (2016-2018). Sarah has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 11 years, graduating from Medix College in 2010. She takes great interest and specializes in rehabilitation style massage treatments including but not limited to; neurological, oncology, post accident, sports/repetitive injury, muscular dystrophy, chronic pain and disability.

      In addition to massage therapy, Sarah is currently in her 4th year of her Health Sciences Honors Degree and is working towards becoming a Paediatrician.
