Jacqui Suchostawski

Level III Reiki Practitioner

Hello! I was born in London, ON, but grew up Strathroy, which is where my family and I call home.

I studied visual arts and child psychology at the University of Windsor. With my Bachelor of Arts Degree in hand, I continuously strive to increase my knowledge.

I first was introduced to Reiki while studying at the University of Windsor. My roommate was studying to become a Nurse Practitioner, and Reiki was a requirement for her studies.

In 2000, I became attuned to Levels I and II, so that I as a way to deal with my own migraines. I found the healing technique of Reiki a wonderful way to manage my own pain with less medications and found that I wanted to help others feel their optimal as well.

Since then I have spent many years practicing, expanding and deepening my knowledge of Reiki healing and energy, which has been an integral part of my daily life. I have recently attended my Third Degree in Reiki to further help others in their healing journey.

In the field of alternative medicine, Reiki is a form of therapeutic healing intended to help bolster the patient's own healing abilities to cure all manner of maladies. When this energy is unbalanced, the person suffers from all sorts of emotional, mental, and physical illnesses. This is where an effective practice such as Reiki comes in handy.

Reiki is not a replacement for traditional, modern medicine. It is a complimentary form of healing to assist in whole well-being. Benefits include aiding in relaxation, assist in the body's natural healing processes, and develop emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is also said to induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall well-being.

Love and Light to all
